ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

DOMESTIC WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

KOOTASCA Community Action is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms licensed to practice in Minnesota for professional architectural services related to the replacement of the domestic water distribution system at KOOTASCA’s facility located at 822 NE 5th Avenue, Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

The selected firm will provide the professional services required to complete the project in accordance with USDA Rural Development Community Facilities requirements. KOOTASCA intends to move promptly through design, bidding, and construction, with the goal of completing the project during fall 2026.

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically to StevenR@kootasca.org no later than 11:59pm on August 21, 2026.

KOOTASCA Community Action reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, and select the firm determined to be most qualified and in the best interests of the organization. Architectural fees shall not be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications and will not be considered during the evaluation process.
