Fairview Horizon Apartments

Fairview Horizon is an affordable eight unit apartment building with one bedroom and two bedroom apartments operated by KOOTASCA Community Action. Apartments offer secure entry, large rooms, off-street parking, laundry and plenty of storage. Rent is based on 30% of the household’s adjusted gross income. All utilities except electricity are paid for by the landlord and tenants receive a monthly utility allowance to help offset their electric bill.  Rental Assistance is provided by USDA Rural Development.
