“Democracy for Sale”: Investigating North Carolina’s state government programming that implemented cuts to education, healthcare spending, and environmental protections while lowering taxes for the wealthy and passing laws to limit access to voting.

AMERICA DIVIDED explores inequality in education, housing, healthcare, labor, criminal justice and the political system. The series exposes the damage inequality inflicts on the most vulnerable Americans by revealing systemic bias and celebrating heroes fighting for solutions.
