EMPOWERMENT “The POWER in ME”

Often referred to as soft skills or people skills, the Empowerment course promotes self-awareness and development of the emotional competencies that are critical to redirect and improve our lives.

The Empowerment course is a small group setting filled with encouragement and inspiration. Class members receive training and hands on tools to navigate difficult situations and apply to life’s journey as needed.

Attendees will examine how our attitude, decision making skills, communication styles, and ability to manage our reactions impact the outcomes in our lives, including the quality of our relationships and our ability to meet goals.

Attendees will increase their understanding of why we humans think what we think, why we feel what we feel, and why we behave as we do.

How are my beliefs connected to the outcomes in my life?
How do my thoughts influence my day?
How can regulating my emotions help me reach my goals?
How do my associations impact my goals?
How does my communication style influence my relationships?

The Empowerment course is designed to meet twice a week for 8 sessions. Classes are held on an as needed basis. A minimum of 10 registrants are required to hold the class.
