KOOTASCA Community Action, as a Minnesota Housing Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) grantee for Cook, Lake, Itasca, and Koochiching Counties (CLIK), is soliciting proposals to utilize $425,000 to perform targeted service models (described in the Request For Proposals) that have been adopted by the CLIK Housing Issues Advisory Committee to ensure that persons who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness in Cook, Lake, Itasca, and Koochiching Counties are provided with vital resources in order to resolve their homelessness, or threat of homelessness, and promote stability and health.
Proposals for Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program must be received by the CLIK HIAC FHPAP Secretary no later than 4:00 pm Friday November 16, 2018. No late proposals will be accepted.
