Deferred Loan Program
Homeowners may receive a loan for up to $15,000 to make permanent repairs to their home. There is no interest on these loans. Homeowners may repay the loan in one payment 30 years after the date of the loan closing or when the property is sold or transferred.
To qualify your income must fall below these amounts:
